MullenLowe are looking for 3 talented individuals to join their crew for the next iteration of our apprenticeship scheme.
Our paid scheme start will start September 2023 and will last 18 months with a potential permanent role at the end of it.

We deliver a whole range of services including Brand Purpose, Through-the-Line Advertising, Digital Platforms, CX, UX, CRM, Social, Sustainability Consultancy, Production and Design for some of the most exciting global brands.
You don't need to have any past experience in Advertising or Communications. You just need a real passion for the industry so you can learn and thrive within our agency.
During your time on board the Ship, you will get real life practical experience working within one of our teams.
You will spend four days a week working in a specific role and one day studying for an apprenticeship standard qualification which compliments the relevant team you are working within.
On top of gaining a formal qualification (and getting paid for it) you will get access to a range of additional training, mentoring and working together as an apprenticeship cohort on an exciting agency wide project.
We are recruiting across three different roles. Each have unique qualities, require different skills and serve the agency in a variety of ways.
Interested in bringing an idea to life? Then production is for you. Whether you're helping create a tv or radio ad, a piece of social content or a photo shoot, this role requires someone highly energised who enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment.
Producers work closely with teams across the agency and some of the most talented artists and directors in industry.
You'll need to be creatively minded, good under pressure and super organised for this role.
With a curiosity for human behaviour and a creative mind, this member of crew is a pro when it comes to the art of persuasion.
Strategists are driven by the research and passionate in their quest to find truths and insights that solve any business' problem. They take a client brief and interrogate through research and idea generation to ensure it aligns with a client's business and communications objectives.
For this role you will need to be inquisitive, organised, able to immerse yourself quickly in new topics and be able to form a point of view, as well as being locked into cultural trends.
Project Management is the glue that holds everything together, keeping everyone on track to deliver the best work to our clients. You will work with people from across the agency ensuring projects are well managed and delivered in agreed scope, to time and budget.
In this role you need to be super organised, great at building relationships, have a commercial mindset, amazing attention to detail and able to deal with lots of different things all at once.
